Dr. Paz is devoted to caring for pediatric patients hospitalized at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.She works with a patient’s regular clinicians and other specialists to provide skilled and compassionate care. Dr. Paz helped develop the pediatric hospitalist program and is the program's medical director.Since she was 8 years old, Dr. Paz knew she wanted to be a pediatrician. She has found her career very rewarding. She isinspired by the resiliency of children to heal and grow and enjoys partnering with parents to help their children achieve optimal health. Dr. Paz was born and raised in Burns. She spent the first seven years of her careerpracticing medicine in the U.S. Navy. When her military service was complete, she returned to Oregon. Her greatest reward is being a mom. She is married and has two sons. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, hiking to waterfalls and going to the beach.
