I was born in Denver but grew up in the San Fernando Valley. As a matter of fact I was first a Kaiser Permanente member when I was three years old. Many of our family friends were Southern California Permanente Medical Group physicians who encouraged me to go into medicine and join SCPMG. I grew up going to Panorama City Medical Center. It was such a wonderful memory that I was thrilled to join SCPMG as a physician.
