Dr. Som is a graduate of Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. He completed his residency training at the University of Maryland Hospital in June, 2000. Board Certfication was obtained in 2001 from the American Board of Otolaryngology. In the year prior to joining our practice, Dr. Som was directly involved in the training and teaching of future ENT doctors and remains a Clincal Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland Hospital in Baltimore. Dr. Som is also the current Chief of Otolaryngology at Anne Arundel Medical Center and has been voted as one of the Top Docs in Annapolis by What's Up Magazine for several years.
