After receiving his medical degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine and resident training at Georgetown/National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington, DC, he completed an Orthopedic and Physical Medicine Fellowship at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. During his senior year of residency, Dr. Sullivan was the chief resident and Resident of the Year. Dr. Sullivan is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He brings expertise in pain management and rehabilitation and offers interventional spine procedures and electrodiagnostics. Dr. Sullivan lives with his wife and daughter in Petoskey and enjoys hiking and skiing.
