Dr. Boecker received his undergraduate degree from Bloomfield College in Bloomfield, New Jersey, and earned his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania. He completed his internship in osteopathic medicine at Doctor's Hospital, which is now known as Northlake Hospital in Tucker, Georgia.
