Dr. Luger joined Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in August 2003. He is board-certified in dermatology. A native of North Dakota, Dr. Luger received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota and was honored as the INMED Outstanding Student. He received his medical degree also from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine, receiving the Harley French Award. He completed his internship in Family Medicine at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and his residency in Dermatology at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, CO, where he was Chief Resident. Dr. Luger also received other honors and awards such as the SBA Minority Small Business Person of the Year and two Preceptor Awards from the American College of Physicians and the University of North Dakota School of Medicine, Department of Family Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Association of American Indian Physicians, North Dakota Medical Society, Sixth District Medical Society, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Luger is licensed to practice medicine in the specialty of Dermatology in the state of North Dakota.
