Dr. Nieto has 23 years of experience in the field of Gastroenterology. He is Board certified in Gastroenterology and Hepatology with training in advanced endoscopy. He graduated from the Western University of Health Sciences 2000, then completed his internship/residency at UCLA VA Medical Center. Then he completed his Gastroenterology and Hepatology fellowship at UCLA Medical Center in 2006, followed by advanced endoscopy training at Harbor UCLA Medical Center.
