Meet Dr. Jonathan E. Fenton, a distinguished practitioner in Regenerative Interventional Orthopedic Medicine based in Winooski, Vermont. Dr. Fenton earned his undergraduate degree with highest honors in Anatomy and Biomechanics from New York University and holds a D.O. degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Boasting a wealth of expertise, Dr. Fenton is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with additional board certification in NeuroMusculoskeletal Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulation. He also carries certifications in Orthopedic Medicine and Diagnostic Musculoskeletal Ultrasound.
Currently, Dr. Fenton practices at Winooski, Vermont, and serves as a visiting Physician at Regenexx Cayman in Grand Cayman, BWI. Since 2003, he has been performing fluoroscopic (x-ray) and ultrasound-guided injections, pioneering Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections since 2006, and bone marrow concentrate injections since 2012. With a remarkable track record, he has successfully completed numerous bone marrow concentrate (BMC) and PRP procedures, addressing a range of joint, ligament, tendon, and spine conditions.
Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Fenton is a dedicated educator, teaching orthopedic medicine and diagnostic and interventional musculoskeletal ultrasound for various organizations in the USA and Mexico. As an adjunct clinical assistant professor at NY College of Osteopathic Medicine, he imparts his knowledge to medical students, residents, and fellows. Dr. Fenton's contributions extend to serving as the Treasurer of the American Association of Orthopaedic Medicine.
Away from the medical realm, Dr. Fenton is an enthusiastic bicyclist and alpine skier, having been a certified professional ski instructor at Sugarbush, VT, from 1979 to 1994. He resides with his family in the picturesque Champlain Valley of northwestern Vermont.
