While in college at the University of Notre Dame, Dr. Jonathan Smerek was an engineering major who loved sports and served as captain of the track and field team. Years later, he still enjoys these dual interests, in a specialty that reinforces his passion for helping others remain active and pain-free. Dr. Smerek specializes in foot and ankle reconstruction. He is happily married and the father of two children.
