Brief Intro

Dr. John R. Lythgoe Dr. Lythgoe graduated from the College of Idaho with a dual degree in Zoology and Chemistry prior to attending and earning his dental degree from the University of Washington, School of Dentistry, in Seattle. After completing a Rotating Dental Internship in Norfolk, Virginia, he served as a dental officer in the U.S. Public Health Service for four years. He then successfully completed the two-year endodontic residency program at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Long Beach, California. Dr. Lythgoe's previous academic teaching experience includes: positions as a part-time clinical instructor in Oral Diagnosis at the University of Detroit part-time clinical instructor in endodontics at both USC and UCLA a consultant in endodontics at the VA Long Beach Hospital Dr. Lythgoe is an active member of: The American Dental Association California Dental Association Orange County Dental Society American Association of Endodontics Southern California Academy of Endodontics
