John Revelis John Revelis, MD, was born in Chicago and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Marquette University and became a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his medical degree at the University of Oklahoma Medical School in Oklahoma City, where he became an Alpha Omega Alpha member. He also completed his residency in otolaryngology there.
