Dr. Palmer cares for patients in both the inpatient and outpatient settings, focusing on diagnoses of diabetes mellitus and related diseases. He completed his fellowship and his internal medicine residency at the University of Missouri. Dr. Palmer received the Outstanding Teaching Award from the University of South Dakota as a faculty member for Rapid City’s Family Medicine Residency program.
