Dr. John Wofford received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1983. He completed his surgical residency in 1985 at the department of surgery, Vanderbilt Hospital. He completed his residency in urology in 1989 at the department of urology, Vanderbilt Hospital. He was certified by the American Board of Urology in 1994. He maintains memberships in several medical societies including the American Urological Association and the Southeastern Section of the American Urology Association.
