My mission in Medicine is to take excellent care of patients in a compassionate, thoughtful manner armed with the latest in medical knowledge. I specialize in lifestyle change including exercise and diet. Our sleeping habits ,exercise habits and eating habits determine our health. You can actually change your medical outcome with these alone. Yes I do use the latest medical treatments including medications of course.
