Dr. Mowlem completed his MD degree at the University of Minnesota (U of M). He also completed a General Surgery Internship and Residency at the U of M. Following the completion of his Residency, Dr. Mowlem worked for three other Emergency Rooms in Minnesota prior to joining Hutchinson Health in 1996. Dr. Mowlem is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
