Dr. Levine served as a resident in general psychiatry at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and subsequently completed a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Cambridge Hospital, Harvard Medical School, Boston. Dr. Levine also served as a research fellow in neuroscience in the Department of Psychiatry, Harvard Medical School, McLean Hospital, Belmont, Mass., and as a neuroscience fellow in the Clinical Research Training Program, Harvard Medical School at the Department of Psychiatry, Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston.
