Dr. Penn joined Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in August 2014. A specialist in Family Medicine, he is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of South Dakota. He completed his residency at the University of North Dakota Center for Family Medicine in Bismarck. Dr. Penn is also a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American College of Sports Medicine, the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine, the North Dakota Academy of Family Physicians, and the North Dakota Medical Association.
