Jennifer Northridge, M.D., leads the adolescent medicine program at the Joseph M Sanzari Children's Hospital at Hackensack University Medical Center, part of Hackensack Meridian Children's Health. Dr. Northridge is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and in Adolescent Medicine, after completing a fellowship after residency. She partners with pediatricians and subspecialists to provide consults for adolescents and young adults ages 12-21 years in adolescent gynecology, menstrual disorders and eating disorders. She has conducted clinical research focused on healthy relationships and adolescent gynecology, and specializes in heavy periods, cramps, and contraception including intrauterine devices and contraceptive implants in medically complex adolescents. She has presented at the International Conference of Eating Disorders on defining weight restoration in eating disorders, and collaborates with therapists, psychiatrists, and nutritionists on medical management of eating disorders.
