Brief Intro

Dr. Behr sees and treats patients with all orthopedic conditions, emphasizing kindness and respect. He believes good communication is important in this regard. Dr. Behr earned his medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago and then pursued his orthopedic surgical training at Loyola University Medical Center. He also completed a fellowship in sports medicine in San Francisco. His undergraduate bachelors degree is in zoology from Duke University. Dr. Behr is a clinical associate professor at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford. He is board certified in orthopedic surgery and is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
