In addition to his practice experience, Dr. Kessler has served as a consultant to the Manhasset Division, Long Island Jewish Hospital in Manhasset, NY; St. Michaelâ€™s Hospital in Newark, NJ; and United Hospital in Newark, NJ. He was also Staff Neurologist at both East Orange VA Hospital in East Orange, NJ, and Martland Hospital in Newark, NJ. Dr. Kessler served as the President of the Medical Staff of North Shore University Hospital and served on the Peer Review Board of St Francis Hospital. His work has been published in numerous journals, including Annals of Internal Medicine, Journal of Neurology, Neurosurgery and Psychiatry, Journal of Clinical Psychiatry, and a chapter in the publication Management of Facial Head and Neck Pain.
