Jeffrey K. Twum-Ampofo, MD practices a broad array of urology and urologic surgery with special interest prostate cancer, kidney cancer, prostate enlargement, and urinary stone disease. Additionally, he is well trained in management of voiding dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, men’s health, female urology, and urologic prosthetic surgery. He excels in minimally invasive techniques including pure laparoscopic and robotic surgery. Dr. Ampofo completed college at Arizona State University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Subsequently, he earned his medical degree at the George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, DC where he graduated with distinction and completed the research-focused track. Thereafter, he completed his residency in the Harvard Urologic Surgery Residency Program at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston., MA. Dr. Twum-Ampofo has given numerous academic lectures on various urologic topics including urologic oncology and stone disease. He has also presented his research at numerous national conferences.
