Dr. JEFFREY FARRICIELLI, MD, ABPMR, DC is BOARD CERTIFIED IN PHYSICAL MEDICINE and REHABILITATION / CHIROPRACTOR
Dr. Farricielli is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and fellowship trained in Interventional Orthopedics. He is a published author in the use of Autologous Orthobiologics including platelet derived growth factors and mesenchymal stem cells for orthopedic and spinal conditions. Dr. Farricielli is a Connecticut native but moved to California after undergraduate school to attend Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. Upon graduation he was offered a position as attending Chiropractor in Ferrara Italy Centro Static Clinic where he worked for five years. Upon returning to the states, he created Beverly Hills Physical Medicine Center in Beverly Hills California, what was to become the largest integrated medical clinic in the city, treating many well know celebrities, athletes and political figures. Following Internal medicine internship at The University of Florida, Dr. Farricielli completed residency training at The University of Texas Southwestern in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (P.M.R./Physiatry). There, he garnered numerous clinical experiences in Physiatry, Surgical and Non-Surgical Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Interventional Physiatry, Pain Management, Interventional Spine and Regenerative Medicine, which fueled his desire to pursue more training in Interventional Orthopedics and Regenerative Medicine.
Dr. Farricielli’s previous roles have all aligned in a holistic approach to the treatment of patients with pain, impairments, and dysfunction. He uses these experiences to optimize function and decrease pain with biomechanical evaluation, procedural interventions including diagnostic/interventional ultrasound and fluoroscopically guided procedures. Dr. Farricielli continues to promote the field in patient outcomes and research. Dr Farricielli has served on numerous organized medicine associations, including American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, The North American Back Society, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, The Interventional Orthobiologics Foundation, Biologic Orthopedic Society, and the Orthobiologics Ethics Consortium.
Dr. Farricielli’s research interests include the use of Orthobiologics (Platelet Rich Plasma, Platelet Lysate, and Mesenchymal Stem Cells) in musculoskeletal medicine, Osteoarthritis, percutaneous ACL repair, axial spinal disorders while participating in new treatment strategies to assist patients.
Outside of Medicine, his interests include exercise, travel, Yoga, international cuisine and spending time with his family and friends.
