Dr. Jeffrey Flemming Dr. Jeff Flemming graduated from Chaska High School in 1980, the College of St. Olaf in 1984 and from the University of Minnesota Dental School in 1989. He worked as an associate dentist at Chosen Valley Dental in Chatfield, MN from 1990-1992. He came to Northway Dental Associates in 1992. He is a member of the St. Cloud Dental Society, Minnesota Dental Association, American Dental Association, West Central Dental District Society, and the American Academy of Dental Group Practice. Dr. Flemming has been a resident of Sartell since 1993. He is married with two children, and enjoys reading, golf, fishing, hockey and traveling.
