Brief Intro

In House Physical Therapy Comprehensive physical therapy with registered physical therapists who have expertise in spine and various other soft tissue and joint injuries. EMG/Nerve Conduction Studies Electrodiagnostic testing designed to determine nerve irritation such as radiculopathy (sciatica) or carpal tunnel syndrome. Trigger Point Injections To help alleviate soft tissue or muscle pain. Intra-Articular (Joint) Injection For treatment of arthritic conditions and acute pain relief. Proliferative (Sclero) Therapy Injections into various ligaments and tendons to help strengthen and eliminate pain from unstable (loose) ligaments. Spinal Injections Performed Under X-Ray Guidance in Our Office Setting: Diagnostic and Therapeutic Epidural/Selective Nerve Root Block To diagnose a painful nerve root secondary to disc injury and instill potent anti-inflammatory medication. Diagnostic and Therapeutic Facet Joint Injections Injections into spinal joints to help determine the source of pain and treat inflammation. Out Patient Procedures: Discogram Injections into lumbar discs to diagnose pain from a bulging or degenerative disc. Intradiscal Electrothermal Therapy (IDET) New, minimally invasive procedure for lumbar disc pain. This procedure involves catheter insertion into painful disc using thermal energy to heat and re-contour the disc, sealing off painful tears. Facet Joint Rhizotomy Radiofrequency ablation of nerves to painful facet joints.
