Dr. Naidu obtained his medical degree from Guntur Medical College in Andhra, India. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at AC Logan Memorial Hospital in New York, New York. Dr. Naidu has received many honors and awards. He received the Best Community Physician Educator, Family Practice, from Texas Tech Health Science Center as well as ""Best Physician"" by the Odessa American Readers Choice Awards in 2001. In 2002, he received the Heritage Foundation Award for Outstanding Odessan in Philanthropy and ""Service Above Self"" by the Rotary Club of Odessa. In 2005, Dr. Naidu was ""Inducted to Hall of Fame"" and ""Bharat Gavraw"" by the Friends of India.
