Dr. Raisen joined Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in September 2014. A specialist in Otolaryngology, he is a member of the American Board of Otolaryngology. He received his medical degree from the University of Toronto in Canada. He completed his residency at Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia. Dr. Raisen is also a member of the Surgery, Fellow American Academy of Otolaryngologic Allergy, the North Dakota Medical Association, the North Dakota Medical Society, and the Sixth District Medical Society. His professional interests include ear surgery, advanced endoscopic sinus surgery, balloon sinuplasty, general otolaryngology, and sinus and nasal disease.
