Dr. Nemkov completed his undergraduate education at University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where he majored in psychology. He received his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School and completed both general psychiatry residency training and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina.
