Dr. Mulligan is originally from the northern Illinois area. He attended Northwestern University Dental school graduating in 1977. He moved to Central Florida in 1980 and to DeBary in 1984. He has studied TMJ and occlusion and more recently sleep apnea. He is a member of ADA, FDA and American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. He has been married for 37 years with four adult children and one grand daughter. he enjoys boating, football and is a long time Orlando Magic fan.
