To any intelligent Human being seeking wellness in 2015 and beyond. Here is my approach and treatment style that you will expect to receive. I work for you my employer. You pay me by various means and I will do my best for you to get you feeling well as accurately and expeditiously as is possible in the current state medical care coverage.I am American born and trained in the Chicagoland area my entire 27 years of clinical practice. I have moved my offices a total of 4 x all within 10 minutes from each other.I currently own and try to keep alive the solo practice model at Clinicians Clinics of America which is to small and not like my previous 2 offices have been. Not by choice but because of the economics of medicine.I say this in plain English I do not work for any insurance company, unseen drug company, hospital or any group of physicians. I do not lie ,do unnecessary tests or hide your records from you.I follow Hippa and OSHA I willdo not candy coat or make things up, You will be informed of what I uncover and discover in the course of your illness and treatment. If I don't know I will tell u. I believe in the more hands on less tests.I am pretty sure that people still come to a physician[health care provider]to get well.It's my knowledge and skill,your faith and trust in me that will help you achieve that if you listen.I am confident in saying that 75 to 85 % of my patients have been with me for over 15 years. Half of those 20 years plus.I joke around and get to know u and you will know when it's time for you to be concerned. I act as a messenger and guide giving you the tools you need to get well and stay well. What you do with that is what matters.patient compliance is number 1. Medicine is not an exact science and Pre-Med is part of the Arts and Sciences itis a practiced art. Some statements by the people in these reviews are accurate even the negative ones because I am human and establish relationships. Somewhere , people have lost respect for the profession due to everything boiling down to money,cost effectiveness, and how to make a buck. They, the non physicians, have crossed over and have been trying to break one of the most time honored and sacred bonds.The Doctor- Patient . Let me say this again I work for you. All this philosophy is about me. I have extensive training in Gastroenterology,Internal medicine,General Surgery and Acute Care Medicine.I come from 3 generations of Doctors. I am only affiliated with Advocate Cordell Medical center. I have hospitalists take care of my patients if and when they enter the hospital. I have done that since 2005 because I am more effective this way. I try to keep you out of the hospital if it safe and possible. We perform many covered procedures at Clinicians Clinics of America .The majority being Upper and Lower endoscopes,minor surgeries,EKG's,PFTs,holter monitoring, blood draws and of course counseling. Internal accounting and anything that we can do to take care of you with the blessing of the powers holding the checkbook. I am empathetic not sympathetic to your needs . My core staff consists of my accounts /office manager who has been with me since 1997. Medical and Surgical techs and a receptionist. The receptionist position sometimes changes because they are your liaison. I can only ask that you communicate with me and my staff. If you have recurrent or unresolved problems let me know, I'll try to correct it. If you do not like it here tell me. maybe give me one more chance. Then if you still are not well or satisfied, Fire me!! Lol please don't wait till you are worse. You would not take your car to a mechanic over and over if they couldn't fix the problem would you? If any of this is important to you than I welcome you with good will.
