Dr. Johnson graduated from the University of Florida College of Medicine and completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the same institution in 2007. Following his residency, he practiced in a private group in Florence, SC before joining the faculty at Virginia Tech-Carilion School of Medicine in 2009. With a focus on medical education and patient care, he established a multi-disciplinary pelvic pain clinic at Carilion Clinic to enhance patients' quality of life through holistic treatments. Currently, Dr. Johnson holds positions as the Assistant Resident Program Director and Medical Director of Quality in the Department of OB/GYN. He is also a Board Examiner for the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
