Dr. Mubarak graduated from Medical School in 1978 at Damascus University, and he completed two years in Internal Medicine at Atlantic City Medical Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Dr. Mubarak finished his Internal Medicine training at St. Francis Medical Center in Trenton, New Jersey in 1982. He then served as a house physician at Christ Hospital of Jersey City, New Jersey before beginning his Cardiology Fellowship in 1983 at Rutgers Medical School of New Brunswick, New Jersey.
In 1986 Dr. Mubarak began practicing Cardiology in Panama City as a solo practitioner. He joined the Cardiovascular Institute of Northwest Florida in 2008, and he is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. He is also a Fellow in the American College of Cardiology. His clinical interests are in General Cardiology as well as non-invasive and invasive Cardiology.
