I feel a Radiologist should work closely with the patient and referring provider to utilize imaging and history. This ensures timely diagnosis of patient concerns and assists in screening conditions based on the best medical scientific evidence.
I earned my M.D. from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1979. I completed my internship and a Diagnostic Radiology residency (in 1985) at Oakland Naval Hospital in California. I also completed a fellowship in Body Imaging at Bethesda Naval Hospital in Maryland in 1988. My medical career with the U.S. Navy spanned 20 years, during which I was privileged to participate in the health care of three U.S. presidents. Most recently, I served as Chief of Radiology for a Milwaukee health plan. I am Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology and joined Advanced Healthcare in 2000.
I provide diagnostic services at the Menomonee Falls and Northwest Centers. I have special interest in ultrasound, magnetic resonance and computed tomography.
Away from my practice, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children, as well as playing softball and reading. I also serve as a Boy Scout Assistant Scout Master.
