Dr. Guillermo J. Bernal has been providing exceptional physiatric care since 1990. A native of Puerto Rico, Dr. Bernal earned his undergraduate degree at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and his medical degree at the Universidad Central Del Caribe, Escuela de Medicina in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. He completed his four-year residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at New York Medical College in New York, which included clinical rotations at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in the Bronx, NY; Metropolitan Hospital Center in New York, NY; and Westchester County Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. He is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. He is Medical Director of St. Mary Rehabilitation Hospital in Langhorne, PA and has been practicing at St. Mary Medical Center for over 25 years. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Dr. Bernal enjoys tennis, basketball, painting and drawing in his spare time, as well as spending time with his wife and three daughters.
