Gregory Wilkens, MD, is a general surgery specialist at AdventHealth Manchester with more than 20 years of experience. Dr. Wilkens places special emphasis on general surgery, endoscopy, laparoscopy, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, as well as facial skin cancer removal. Born and raised in Appalachia, Dr. Wilkens values the opportunity to provide exceptional care in a Christ-centered environment to rural communities like the one in which he grew up. He earned his medical degree at Loma Linda University School of Medicine and carried out his general surgery residency at Wright State University and Christiana Hospital.
