Gregory W. Hartley, D.M.D.
Dr. Gregory W. Hartley has practiced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in the Jacksonville area since 1989. His career in private practice has been distinguished by many professional appointments. Dr. Hartley received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He completed a one year general practice residency at the University of Miami School of Medicine, followed by a four year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at University of Florida Health Science Center in Jacksonville, and achieved Board Certification in 1991. Dr. Hartley has been actively involved as an educator, lecturing to his peers on advanced cardiac life support, medical emergencies in the dental office, arthroscopic TMJ surgery and advanced dental implant treatment. He is a past president for both the Jacksonville Dental Society and the Northeast District (Florida) Dental Association. Dr. Hartley served as Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Baptist Medical Center from 2000-2008, and has served as a member of the Jacksonville Jaguar medical team since 1997.
