Dr. Lauro is an orthopedic surgeon. He is fellowship trained in reconstructive joint replacement surgery but also does orthopedic trauma. He is trained and experienced in doing the newest techniques of minimally invasive anterior hip replacement surgery and knee replacement surgery. Dr. Lauro attended  University of Rochester School of Medicine and performed his Orthopedic residency at The Ohio State University . 

Dr. Lauro specializes in Adult Hip and Knee replacement, revision and reconstruction. This entails procedures designed to reconstruct the arthritic hip and knee, as well as treat hips and knees that have been previously replaced but are failing due to wear, infection, and other conditions. We employ a very personalized approach to your care with responsive administrative support and skilled nursing. Our team approach ensures the shortest possible hospital stay and recovery.
