Brief Intro

Gregory Plautz, MD, is Chair of the Department of Pediatric Hemagology-Oncology at Cleveland Clinic's main campus. He accepted that appointment in 2007. Since 2002, he has been an Associate Professor of Surgery at Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University. He also was an Associate Professor and Chief in the Section of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology at Yale University School of Medicine. He began teaching pediatrics at the University of Michigan, a position he held for four years. His clinical interests include pediatric hematology/oncology, cancer research and immunology. Dr. Plautz completed his medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine. He was an intern and resident in pediatrics at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
