GREG BIXBY, DDS, FICCMO, FIAO, FADI, FACP, MICCMO, FICD, DABCP, received his Dental Degree in 1981 from the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Dentistry. For 28 years, he has been in private practice. He pushes his educational boundaries by staying up-to-date with with over 6,000 hours of post-graduate dentistry education for TMJ and sleep disorders. Dr. Bixby has a certificate in orthodontics from the Clinical Foundation or Orthopedics and Orthodontics. Special honors include Who's Who in Executive and Professionals in 1994, Who's Who Among Outstanding Americans in 1995, the American Orthodontics Society Case of the Year in 1996 and the C.R. Gerber Excellence in Clinical Dentistry in 2006. He is a highly regarded author and has been published in several professional journals.
