Dr. Wheatley is a cardiovascular surgeon at the Arizona Heart Institute and Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona who specializes in minimally invasive endovascular procedures treating diseases of the entire cardiovascular system. Dr. Wheatley is both a trained Cardiothoracic Surgeon and a Vascular Surgeon, and is involved in all of the latest endovascular technologies for treating atherosclerosis, aneurysms and complex diseases of the thoracic (chest) aorta. Dr. Wheatley specializes in endovascular therapies for the thoracic (chest) aorta, but is also involved in cutting-edge technologies for limb salvage for peripheral vascular disease. Dr. Wheatley also offers cardiac risk assessment evaluation using the new non-invasive 64-slice CT scan. Dr. Wheatley has offices both in Phoenix and Casa Grande.
