I was born in Liberia, West Africa, and lived there until I was a teenager. I came to the United States and completed high school, college, medical school, and residency training on the East Coast. My family and I moved to the Seattle area for a two-year fellowship in 2010 and fell in love with the Pacific Northwest. The two biggest gifts in my life are my family and the ability and privilege of practicing in this career.
