"Born and educated in Santiago, Chile, Dr. Larrain spent 7 years training in the U.S. prior to going back to his country, where he worked for 2 years in private practice and taught at the Catholic University Hospital in Santiago. In February 2001, he moved back to the U.S. Since that time, Dr. Larrain has worked as a Staff Interventional Cardiologist at the Marshfield Clinic. He joined Cardiovascular Associates in January 2005. Dr. Larrain, his spouse and children live in Wausau, where they enjoy tennis, skiing and good music."
