George H Clayton, D.D.S.
Dr. Clayton attended Wake Forest University earning a B.A. in Chemistry graduating cum laude followed by his dental degree at the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry. Following dental school, Dr. Clayton then completed two years of prosthodontic specialty training at Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Dr. Clayton was Chief of Prosthodontics in an Advanced Education Program in General Dentistry before entering private practice in 1998. Dr. Clayton is currently Assistant Professor at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and also serves as a consultant to several post graduate dental training programs.
Dr. Clayton is a Fellow in the American College of Prosthodontists and a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, Nashville Dental Society, Academy of Osseointegration, and Governor’s Study Club.
Dr. Clayton and his wife Pam enjoy traveling. Dr. Clayton is also an avid golfer with a goal of playing all of the Top 100 public golf courses in the United States.
