Dr. Neal is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA.. He received his medical degree from Albany Medical School in Albany N.Y. His internship was at Albany Medical Center and Affiliated Hospitals in Albany, N.Y. Dr. Neals residency was at the National Naval Medical Center (Bethesda Naval Hospital) in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Neal is board certified in Neurology, American Board of Sleep Medicine and in Sleep Medicine subspecialty. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
