Dr. Gary Waslewski is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine surgery who has practiced in the Phoenix area almost 20 years. Currently, Dr. Waslewski is the head team physician for the Arizona Cardinals, Arizona Diamondbacks and Phoenix Suns. He spent fourteen years as head team physician for the Arizona Coyotes. Whether treating professional athletes or weekend warriors, his goal is to help patients return to performing and playing at their peak.
