The procedures include Microdiscectomy, Artificial Disc Replacement, Endoscopic approaches, Minimally invasive surgery, anterior-posterior fusion, Nucleoplasty, Laser discectomy, and kyphoplasty. The Spine Center is under the Directorship of Dr. Fred Naraghi who is an experienced fellowship-trained double Board-certified Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon. Dr. Naraghi believes that the majority of Spinal disorders could be treated without Surgery. We first obtain an accurate diagnosis, and discuss all the options and alternatives. Only after a reasonable trial of physical therapy, if symptoms still continue, then selective spinal injections, and minimally invasive procedures or surgery may be recommended, to improve function and get the best results.
