Frank G. Baloh, M.D. graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1986. He then obtained his M.D. degree from the University’s Hershey Medical Center in 1990 and completed his internship at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Baloh next went on to the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, where he received his training in ophthalmology. He then completed his fellowship training in Ophthalmic and Facial Plastic Surgery in Tucson, Arizona in 1995. Dr. Baloh is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, and he is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
