Dr. Flora Shoaf earned her medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. She completed her internship at USPHS Hospital, New Orleans and residency at USPHS Hospital/Charity Hospital, New Orleans and Los Angeles VA Hospital/UCLA, Los Angeles, California. She then completed fellowship training at University of California at Irvine in Orange, California in Blood Banking and Long Beach Memorial Hospital, Long Beach, California in Hematopathology. Dr. Shoaf is board certified and has been on staff since 2007.
