Dr. Park is a psychiatrist with more than 10 years of experience treating a diverse range of issues in the mental health field. She is well-traveled & has studied & worked in different parts of the US in medical as well as in scientific fields. Using evidence-based recommendations & experience to guide her medication management, she treats patients ages 18 & over. Her hope is to help patients live with more ease & less distress. She is a firm believer in the integrated approach to mental health issues & the importance of nonpharmacological modalities such as therapy, meditation, mindfulness, lifestyle changes & others in addition to medications. In her free time, she & her morkie pup enjoy exploring the local dog parks.
