Dr. Eldridge is a 1983 graduate and former faculty member of the Northwestern University Medical School and a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Notre Dame. He completed his residency training in Ophthalmology at the Eye Institute of the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee in 1987. He also completed an additional year of training in retinal diseases while in private practice in Evanston, Illinois. He has been in solo practice in Kenosha for over twenty-four years. Dr. Eldridge is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology. He has served as Chairman of the Department of Surgery at St. Catherine's Hospital and as President of the Kenosha Physicians Network IPA. His biography has appeared in Marquis Who's Who in the Midwest, Who's Who in Medicine and Healthcare, Who's Who in the United States, and Who's Who in the World. He was named as an "Outstanding Young Man of America," and he is listed in the current "Guide to America's Top Ophthalmologists."
