Dr. Garber received a B.A. degree from the University of Colorado with a dual degree in Chemistry and Biology. Because of his academic excellence, he was selected into Phi Beta Kappa. He received his medical degree with Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) distinction from Louisiana State University. He completed a 5 year residency in Denver Colorado and a 2 years fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery at the University of Miami. Dr. Garber is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
